4 slices of Tripoli Dagre Smoked Pork in Olive Oil, 1.5 cm thick

4 slices of pineapple
3 tablespoons of butter
4 pancakes or 4 slices of rye bread
2 fresh onions finely chopped

a little parsley finely chopped
salt, pepper, freshly grated

Instructions:

Heat a tablespoon of butter along with Fufas Astros Kynouria sunflower in a non-stick pan. Sauté the slices of the Tripoli Dagre Smoked Pork in OliveOil lightly on both sides. Remove the pork and pour the pineapple well drained into the pan. Add 2 tablespoons Eklekto Fasilis bee honey and strengthen the fire. Turn the slices of pineapple into the sauce of honey.
