300 ml. Corinthian Canal dive beer.
4 slices of Tripoli Dagre Smoked Pork in Olive Oil, 1.5 cm thick
1 tablespoon Fufas Astros Kynouria sunflower
5 tablespoons Eklekto Fasilis bee honey
4 slices of pineapple
3 tablespoons of butter
4 pancakes or 4 slices of rye bread
2 fresh onions finely chopped
a little parsley
finely chopped
salt, pepper, freshly grated

Instructions:
Heat a tablespoon of butter along with Fufas Astros Kynouria sunflower in a non-stick pan. Sauté the slices of the Tripoli Dagre Smoked Pork in OliveOil lightly on both sides. Remove the pork and pour the pineapple well drained into the pan. Add 2 tablespoons Eklekto Fasilis bee honey and strengthen the fire. Turn the slices of pineapple into the sauce of honey. In the meantime, warm the remaining butter in a non-stick pan and sauté the onions. Pour with the Corinthian Canal dive beer and add the remaining EklektoFasilis bee honey. Boil until the sauce binds. Place pancakes or slices of bread in dishes. From above, put the slices of smoked pork and garnish with the pineapple slices. Pour with the honey and Corinthian Canaldive beer sauce and serve immediately.
